Buildd Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) recognises the importance of protecting the privacy and the rights of individuals in relation to their personal data. This Privacy Policy provides you with some information about how we will collect and process your personal data.

providing you with the services and functions of the Buildd mobile app;
2.1.2
further developing our products, services and mobile app;
2.1.3
communicating with you in relation to the services provided to you;

processing and responding to any complaints or enquiries made by you;
2.1.5
carrying out research and analysis and for the purposes of product development;
2.1.6
complying with any law, rule, regulation, lawful and binding determination, decision or direction of a regulator, or to co-operate with any governmental authority; and

sending you newsletters, email reminders, text messages and other electronic means of communication.

We will not be sharing, selling, renting or disclosing your personal data other than as described in this Privacy Policy.

We generally do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will take steps to ensure that your personal data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA.
